Yiwu to be titled China General Hardware Foreign Trade Circulation Center

Sources of April 8 from Yiwu Hardware Electrical Appliance Association say that hardware and electrical appliance industry has been an important pillar industry of Yiwu market with its foreign trade rate around 60% . Yiwu will be conferred the plaque of “China General Hardware Foreign Trade Circulation Center” by China National Hardware Electric and Chemical
Products Commercial Association (CNHECPCA) and China National Household Electric Appliances Commercial Association
(CNHEACA) at the opening ceremony of 4th CIHEF ( the 4th China International Hardware & Electrical Appliances Trade Fair) on April 21 . Only Shanghai has been conferred a similar title before Yiwu.

have sales agencies in Yiwu market . Yiwu deserves the title of “China General Hardware Fore ign Trade Ci rculation
Center”.

A lot of key enterprises from Hardware Electrical Appliance Industry Base established sales agencies in Yiwu market . Some international retail groups like Carrefour have also established purchasing centers or agencies in Yiwu . According to statistics，the export volume of hardware and electrical appliance which are sold to more than 150 countries and regions all over the world reached over 10 billion RMB in 2006，sharing one third of the world market . Yiwu has established its standing as China General Hardware Foreign Trade Circulation Center.
